ReConnection Hour is an impact-driven event series designed to create a safe, empowering space for women to find their voice, build confidence, and take bold steps toward their goals.

Through powerful conversations, interactive coaching, and peer support, attendees gain clarity, overcome barriers, and develop the leadership skills needed to thrive in their careers, businesses, and personal lives.

Reconnection Hour: What’s Your Why?
Purpose fuels success. In this empowering session, women will explore their personal and professional “why,” engage in guided self-reflection, and connect with others who share their mission to lead with intention.

Reconnection Hour: A Seat at the Table
Leadership is built in community. This interactive session offers a unique “hot seat” experience where women receive real-time, actionable support from their peers. Whether they’re negotiating a promotion, launching a business, or navigating challenges, attendees will walk away with fresh perspectives, new strategies, and a powerful network of allies.

Reconnection Hour: You Are the Teacher
Confidence is built through action. This dynamic session combines elements of Toastmasters-style public speaking with peer-led teaching opportunities. Women will practice presenting, storytelling, and leading discussions, strengthening both their voice and their impact while uplifting one another in the process.

We are working to acquire more financial support to expand access to these life-changing experiences, providing women with the tools, guidance, and network they need to break barriers and create lasting change.
